Cookie Policy

Cookies are small files that a website stores in your browser. Similar technologies, such as the browser's local storage and session storage, keep information in your browser in a comparable way. This policy covers all of them.

This policy applies to the website maxoristudio.com. The controller is Massimiliano Gallori (MAXORI Studio); the full provider details are given in the Legal notice.

We do not use social-media advertising pixels (such as the Meta Pixel) or fingerprinting, and we do not sell data collected through cookies. The only advertising technology is the Google Ads conversion measurement described below, used only with your consent.

These do not require consent because they are needed to provide a function you ask for:

• NEXT_LOCALE (cookie, first party, 1 year): remembers the language you choose with the language selector. It is set only when you choose a language.
• MAXORI AI Assistant: no advertising cookies or persistent browser conversation storage. The widget connects to consultant.maxoristudio.com; messages and requests are stored on the server for 30 days. See our Privacy Policy.
• maxori-consent-v1 (local storage, first party, until you delete it): remembers whether you accepted or declined optional cookies. It exists only if optional cookies are enabled and you make a choice.

• maxori_attribution_v1 (session storage, first party, deleted when you close the browser tab or window): if you arrive through a link with campaign parameters (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content, utm_term, pid, ref) or from another website, it keeps these parameters and the name of the referring website for your visit, and adds them to the links to the Planner's demo, purchase and contact pages. It is not a cookie, it is not shared with third parties and it does not follow you across other websites.

These are switched off by default. If we enable Google Analytics 4 or Google Ads conversion tracking (both provided by Google Ireland Ltd) on this website, a banner asks for your choice, with "Accept" and "Decline" given equal prominence. A single choice covers both. The Google scripts are loaded only after you click "Accept"; Google Analytics runs with IP anonymisation.

• _ga and _ga_<ID> (Google, up to 2 years): distinguish visitors and sessions to produce statistics on how the website is used.
• _gcl_au and, if you arrive from a Google ad, conversion cookies such as _gcl_aw that store the ad-click identifier (gclid) (Google, first party, retention set by Google, currently 90 days): let us measure whether a click on one of our Google ads led to a click to start the free demo or to buy. Google may also use its own cookies on its domains for this measurement, under Google's own cookie policy.

If you decline, no analytics or advertising cookie is set and the Google scripts are not loaded.

The Planner at planner.maxoristudio.com is a separate application. It uses browser storage that is necessary to keep you signed in, and on its demo, purchase and contact pages it uses the same session-only campaign information described above. Measuring which Planner functions are used (see the Privacy Policy) does not use cookies or any additional browser storage.

The payment page is operated by Stripe, which sets its own cookies (for example for security and fraud prevention) under Stripe's own cookie policy.

You can accept or decline optional cookies (analytics and advertising measurement) in the banner. To change your choice, delete the stored data of this website in your browser settings: the banner will appear again.

You can also block or delete cookies and browser storage in your browser settings. If you block the technologies needed for the functions you request, the language choice or the live chat may not work.

We update this policy when the technologies we use change. The date of the last update is shown at the top of this page.
