What is MAXORI Guest Guide?
A digital guide for your guests that opens in any browser: arrival and door codes, Wi-Fi, house information, online check-in, places nearby and your own recommendations, in five languages. Each booking gets its own private stay link.
How does the free trial work?
Sign up and you have 14 days with every feature, without a credit card. At the end, choose a plan to keep editing: everything you entered is kept, and links already sent to guests keep working.
How are units counted?
Every apartment or room booked separately counts as one unit; a property without separate units counts as one. Archived units don't count. The plan follows the number of active units.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Plans renew automatically every 3 months or every year; you can cancel the renewal at any time from the subscription page, and you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.
Is VAT included?
Prices exclude VAT. VAT is added at payment where due; for businesses in another EU country with a valid VAT number the reverse charge applies. Invoices can be downloaded from your account.
Do guests need an app or an account?
No. Guests open a link in their browser on phone, tablet or computer. Nothing to download and no account to create.
Does MAXORI send guest data to the police or the authorities?
No. The Guest Guide collects the guest details the law of your country requires and lets you export them; you submit them yourself with your own credentials.
Is it the same account as the Booking Planner?
No. Guest Guide and Booking Planner are separate products with separate subscriptions: you can use one or both.
