Each unit has its own row, units are grouped by property, stays are coloured by channel. Switch between Month, Week and Day view with one click and jump back to today whenever you want.

Overlaps are blocked
In a spreadsheet nothing stops you from writing two guests in the same property on the same nights. In the Planner, a booking that overlaps another on the same unit is not saved. You enter the booking sites' reservations yourself: the Planner does not connect to them.
The whole stay, not just a name in a cell
Guest, nationality, number of guests, dates, channel, status, amount, extras and notes in every booking. A list with search and filters by property, channel, status and dates, and the history of every change.
The same calendar for the whole team

What it does not do (better to know first)
- It does not sync the calendar with Booking.com, Airbnb, Vrbo or other sites: it is not a channel manager.
- It does not export data to spreadsheet or CSV files: reports can be printed or saved as PDF from the browser.
- It has no year view: the calendar has Month, Week and Day views.
Is it an availability calendar for my website?
No. The calendar is an internal tool for you and your team: there is no website widget, no public availability calendar and no iCal feed. Guests do not see it.
Can I bring the bookings from my spreadsheet into the Planner?
Bookings are entered from the calendar or the booking list. Starting with the future ones is usually enough: during the 14-day trial you can enter a few and see whether the flow suits you.
Does the calendar update itself with Airbnb and Booking.com?
No. The Planner does not connect to the booking sites. If you get many instant bookings on several sites and need dates to close everywhere automatically, you need a channel manager.
How many properties or apartments can I manage?
Starter up to 5 units (€169 a year), Growth up to 11 (€239), Pro up to 20 (€299), Business up to 30 (€369). Prices in euros excluding VAT, also with billing every 3 months. Above 30 units there is a custom plan.
Can I print the day's calendar?
Yes. The Day view has a printable sheet without amounts listing arrivals, departures and current stays. Reports can also be printed or saved as PDF from the browser.
Do I need a credit card to try it?
No. The trial lasts 14 days, is a real Planner account with every feature and needs no payment details. If you subscribe, the data you entered stays.
