Every room in one calendar
One row per room, rooms grouped by property, stays coloured by channel. Switch between Month, Week and Day view with one click, and if you try to save two overlapping bookings on the same room the Planner stops you.

The Day view lists who arrives, who leaves and who stays, with each guest's room and channel. The day sheet prints without amounts, so you can hand it to whoever prepares the rooms.
Who has paid and who still owes
Record deposits, balances and refunds for each booking — cash, card, bank transfer or your own methods — and see at once what is still to be collected. The Planner does not take payments from guests: it keeps track of the ones you received.
Commissions, expenses and profit
Every booking stores its channel and commission. Add expenses per property or per room and the Planner shows revenue, commissions, expenses and net profit for the period, as well as occupancy, ADR and RevPAR.
For the people who work with you
Invite staff by e-mail with four roles: Owner, Manager, Reception and Basic. Reception sees the calendar and bookings, not the financial reports.
What it does not do (better to know first)
- It is not a channel manager: it does not sync availability and rates with Booking.com or Airbnb. Bookings are recorded in the Planner.
- It does not issue invoices or receipts to guests.
- It does not take online payments from guests.
- It does not file guest registrations with the police or other authorities.
Does it work for a B&B with three or four rooms?
Yes. The Starter plan covers up to 5 rooms or units and costs €169 a year excluding VAT (or €49.90 every 3 months). All plans have the same features: only the number of units changes.
How much is it for more rooms?
Growth up to 11 units €239, Pro up to 20 units €299, Business up to 30 units €369: annual prices excluding VAT, charged in euros. Quarterly billing is available too. Above 30 units MAXORI prepares a custom plan.
Does it connect to Booking.com and Airbnb?
No. MAXORI Booking Planner does not connect to the booking sites and does not sync availability or rates. You record each booking with its channel and commission, and you have all bookings in one calendar.
Do I need to install anything?
No. It runs in the browser on computer, tablet and phone. On a phone the calendar opens in Day view.
How can I try it?

Where is the data stored?
In the European Union (Frankfurt, Germany). Each account's data is kept separate from the others.
