Technology stack

An independent hotel technology stack should be small enough to understand

Independent hotels and guesthouses are offered dozens of software categories. A useful stack starts by separating jobs: distribution, reservation control, payments, operations, guest information and reporting. One tool may cover several jobs, but the boundaries still need to be clear.

The practical challenge

Too many overlapping systems create duplicate entry and uncertainty about which screen is correct. Too few tools leave important workflows in spreadsheets and message threads.

What matters most

  • Define one source of truth for reservations and availability.
  • Keep guest-facing information separate from internal operating data.
  • Add specialised tools only where they remove a clear manual workflow.

MAXORI tools

Two focused tools, two different jobs

MAXORI products work independently. Choose the one that solves the job you have now; use both only if both jobs matter to you.

Bookings & performance

MAXORI Booking Planner

Booking Planner can be the lightweight operational layer for teams that record bookings manually and want clear calendars, balances and performance.

A clear workspace for bookings, arrivals, guest payments you receive, expenses and operating performance — without pretending to be a channel manager.

Guest experienceGuest Guide is currently in final product testing.

MAXORI Guest Guide

Guest Guide is the guest-facing layer: arrival, access, check-in information and local discovery in one browser experience.

A browser-based stay companion for arrival, access, Wi-Fi, guest check-in, property information, Around Me and host recommendations.

Guides and solutions

A simple way to decide

  1. 1

Map each current tool to one job.

  2. 2

Find duplicated data entry and missing workflows.

  3. 3

Replace or add software only where the workflow becomes simpler.

Questions before choosing tools

Is MAXORI a hotel PMS?

No. MAXORI Studio offers focused products. Booking Planner is deliberately lighter than a full PMS.

Where does a channel manager fit?

It belongs in distribution: synchronising availability and often rates with booking channels. MAXORI does not provide that sync.

Where does a digital guest guide fit?

In the guest-experience layer, after the booking exists: arrival, access, stay information and local guidance.

Use only the tools that solve a real job

MAXORI Studio builds focused software for independent hospitality. Start with the problem that costs you the most time or clarity.
